Dr. Anjali Borhade, Founder-Director, met Hon’ble Cabinet Minister of Food Processing Industries Shri Chirag Paswan ji and discussed on the potential of food processing industries in empowering farmers, creating livelihoods, and strengthening rural economies. She also highlighted how civil society organizations can collaborate with the Ministry to ensure inclusive growth and sustainable opportunities for marginalized communities.
